Η προσπάθεια καθαρισμού των ακτών, δίπλα στο λιμάνι του Αθηνιού, από το πετρέλαιο που διαρρέει από το ναυάγιο του κρουαζιερόπλοιου Sea diamond.... Μπορεί το πρόβλημα σήμερα να εντοπίζεται μόνο μέσα στην καλντέρα της Σαντορίνης και να μην κινδυνεύουν οι τουριστικές ακτές του νησιού, αλλά είναι δραματικό, γιατί μιλάμε ίσως για το πιο όμορφο σημείο του Αιγαίου, αν όχι όλου του πλανήτη...

Τελικά το πλοίο βυθίστηκε τα ξημερώματα στα βράχια κοντά στο λιμάνι του Αθηνιού, δίπλα στο ακρωτήριο Αλωνάκι. Προσπάθειες γίνονται για να προστατευθεί το περιβάλλον από την μόλυνση. Δύο άνθρωποι εξακολουθούν να αγνοούνται...

Finally the cruise ship "Sea Diamond" sank (06:00 in the morning local time), near Athinios, the main port of Santorini. Efforts are made to protect the environment from pollution. Two persons from France, a father and his daughter are still missing...
