Η "Εύη" της Πολυτίμης Μπηλιώνα είναι ένα από τα 20 γαϊδουράκια της "υπαίθριας" έκθεσης "Donkey Republic 2010" (Δημοκρατία των Γαϊδουριών 2010). Κάθε ένα από αυτά έχει φιλοτεχνηθεί και από έναν διαφορετικό καλλιτέχνη... Μπορείτε να τα βρείτε σε διάφορα μέρη του νησιού... Στο τέλος της τουριστικής περιόδου τα γαϊδουράκια θα δημοπρατηθούν και τα έσοδα που θα προκύψουν θα δωθούν στην στέγη των γέρικων γαϊδουριών, στο Καρτεράδο... Την Εύη μπορεί να την βρεί κανείς στα Φηρά...
