Τα Góry Stołowe (σε ελεύθερη μετάφραση "Επίπεδα βουνά") βρίσκονται κοντά στην Πολωνική πόλη Kudowa-Zdrój (Κουντόβα Ζντρούγια), στα σύνορα με την Τσεχία. Είναι κομμάτι της οροσειράς Sudetes ("Σουδέτα Όρη" - η ονομασία αυτή έχει καταγραφεί από τον Κλαύδιο Πτολεμαίο τον Γεωγράφο) και διαμορφώθηκαν πριν από 70 εκατομμύρια χρόνια. Αποτελούν Εθνικό Πάρκο. Υπάρχουν διάφοροι σχηματισμοί, όπως η "Καμήλα", το "πλοίο", το "τραπέζι".

The Table Mountains landscape started to form 70 million years ago. There are several notable rock formations, among them the "ship" and the "camel".
