[ENG] Holy Tuesday in village Megalochori of Santorini... I had decided, from the previous day, to make each day of the Holy Week one post related to the corresponding passage of the Bible that we read on that day... For the Holy Monday I wrote about the withering of the fruitless fig tree... For the Holy Tuesday I wanted to write about the Parable of the Ten Virgins... For that, I was thinking to take a photo from an oil lamp or something like that... I decided to go to look at Megalochori... Unfortunately I did not find anything... It was already late... The bells were calling for the mass... People were heading to the church... I decided to stay a little longer in the village... After some time, while the bells were ringing for some time already, I saw her coming from far away towards me... Her walking appeared to me a little bit funny... When she approached I realized that this was because she was "race walking"... She was in a hurry to go to the church before the service starts... In her hands she was holding a yellow, classic type, candle, which seemed to be slightly bent... She passed near me... Shortly before that, however, she greeted me... Initially I was ashamed to turn and take a picture of her, as I was ashamed when she was coming towards me... Ultimately, however, I turned and took a photo of her as she was departing hastily...
